Judy was a real asset in our buying and selling process. She knew how to price our house and details that would make a difference to buyers. She sold our house quickly while looking out for our best interests in negotiations. She really looked out for us in purchasing our new home and making sure it was the best choice for our family. She was always very reachable too!

First I met Judy 2 to 3 years prior when I purchased my current home though her. This time I asked her to show me a home i saw for sale, she set it up we looked at it I wasn't interested but she didn't stop there she had a few other idea's on some comparable property's see looked up and I ended up purchasing a beautiful home within weeks of our start. The whole experiance was professional and smooth.

Judy is an excellent agent. She listened to our needs for the sale of our home. The suggestions for improvement were reasonable and cost effective. We will be using Judy to find our new home!

Judith was always friendly and approachable. She was always available to handle my questions or concerns. If she didn't know an answer she would quickly consult/refer to someone else that did. Overall great realtor to work with.

We came in contact with Judy after seeing a property she had listed on Realtor and placing a message through their system. Judy contacted us within 10 minutes (and in the evening which was quite impressive) after placing the message on Realtor.com. Her attention to detail from the get-go was amazing! If Century 21 Affiliated had a rating system of 1 to 10 stars with 10 stars being the highest, I would request that you would add additional stars just so that I can award them to Judy! The overall experience with her was absolutely amazing! Both Chris (my partner) and I absolutely adored working with Judy throughout the entire process! She was absolutely superb and her knowledge of the buying process, selling process and mortgage process was off the charts!!!! Being self employed, it was more difficult to obtain a mortgage through a normal means since my income for 2016 wasn't able to be accounted for. Despite this difficulty, Judy was there with us every step of the way. Judy and I spent countless hours working with various mortgage brokers, and she was never deterred. Even when I became frustrated with the situation, Judy was there helping us along the way, which was absolutely wonderful!!! Overall, Chris and I are looking forward to continuing to work with Judy in the future as we continue to grow both personally and professionally!

I only dealt with Judith Appel, I looked for a real estate salesperson that has been in the business for years, and that has won accolades pertaining to their industry for the most sales, best customer service, etc. I have always had the best experience doing this and Judith Appel was exactly what I was looking for. She always went above and beyond as this is her professional nature! I would certainly recommend her to anyone seriously looking to purchase a home!
