Judy recommended a mortgage company for me as well and the process could not have been any smoother. Judy was available at all times for me whenever I had a question or a concern. Any time I was interested in seeing a new house, she was readily available with the stats on the property and made it a priority for me to see the house as soon as possible. She spent multiple Sunday's showing me listings because that was the day that worked best for my schedule and I am thankful for that. Judy did extremely well with presenting our property both online and in the advertisement she sent out to all of our neighbors. I have received many comments regarding how well our home looked in these presentations.. Our settlement was quick and without any incidents because Judy made sure that we were well aware of what would happen at settlement.. Her dealings with our Lawyer and with the buyers Agent were very professional and we were informed of everything that went on between them. She kept a positive attitude throughout our dealings with her and never strayed from her pleasant and warm professionalism.. As I have said in the previous comments, we were very happy with Judy.. She is an extremely warm and pleasant individual who made all of our dealings with her very easy.. The way in which she showed our property in the online and postcard advertisement were beautifully done and we were always able to access her without incident.. Any questions that we had were immediately addressed and she took the time to stop at our home several times to answer the questions that we had.. This was our first home sale and she made it very easy for us to make the transition from selling our home to moving into The Colony.. Although The Colony is not ready yet, she helped us to move into a temporary housing complex until our unit is ready.. We would definitely recommend her to anyone we know who is selling their home. Although we did not deal with anyone other than Judy we cannot say how we feel about this agency. However, if Judys' performance is any indication of how well your agency performs we would be inclined to say that you have a high level of performance. Our overall experience was very pleasant.. We were always well informed when someone was coming over to show our home and if there was a cancellation for any reason, we were told ahead of time so that we were able to go ahead with any plans that we had..

Did a great job it was my parents house both pass away 4 months apart so it was very important to sell the house.She lifted a heavy weight off my shoulders when she sold the house so quick.Keep my inform of every step when selling the house.Thanks again Judy.
