As a realtor, I have been listing and selling real estate in Northern New Jersey since 1998. My clients are always my priority; therefore, I treat my buyers and sellers like family establishing a comfortable and trustworthy relationship with each one of them. Once I have determined what their needs and wants are, I can proceed quickly to secure a purchase or sale of their property with the least amount of stress and inconvenience to my client. When I am assisting my sellers with listing their properties, my goal is to get them the highest and best price. I utilize every available marketing strategy so that I can reach all potential buyers as quickly as possible thus providing my sellers with a quick and worry-free transaction. My expertise is in marketing and I focus a lot of my efforts and time in that area. The largest investment most people make in their lifetime is the purchase of real estate. Whether it is their forever home or an investment property, I am will listen to my clients and collect as much data as possible to find them property that best suits their needs. Purchasing a home should be a positive experience. My goal is to make this a reality for each of my buyers.
