She was helpful in letting us know what changes and improvements would make the property more desirable to buyers. We were given adequate notification of showings so we could make sure all was in order. I met Judy a couple of years ago when I looked at her listing with another broker and she helped to show the house. Unfortunately I was not ready to list my home and couldn't purchase the house but I was immediately drawn to Judy. Usually, you can find competence OR a friendly person to do business with. It is very unique when you find both - and Judy Kuhns is the real deal. Judy takes time to find out what you want and then without pressure or impatience makes it happen. We didn't select a house overnight. It took us several years to be ready to sell and then find the right home. Never once did Judy make us feel pressured and she always had time for us. She had a great understanding that building a relationship is extremely important and she took the time to do that. At the same time, Judy handled the purchase of our new house and the sale of our old house like a true professional! Once it was time for us to buy - the sale could not have gone smoother. When it came time to sell, the marketing plan that Judy developed made sure we had TWENTY (yes, you read that right, twenty) showings in 5 days and in one week we had a full priced offer. This for a house that was great but with a property that provided challenges - so it was not a 'slam dunk'. But we never doubted that Judy had us covered. And now we are in our new house, without the burden of carrying the old house financially - and we have made a dear and trusted friend. I almost want to buy something else soon just so I can work with Judy again!
