I pride myself on being a good listener to determine the specific needs of the families and individuals I work with. I work tirelessly as an advocate for all sellers and buyers, regardless of price point. My real estate career began in early 2014. Through hard work and dedication, I have closed close to 100 Million Dollars and have hundreds of happy clients. I moved to Tampa in 2011 with my four children, so, I am personally sensitive to the challenges, stresses, and excitement of moving. When it comes to moving, I often think of our corporate and military families. Tampa is fortunate enough to have a huge military presence, and I have become loyal advocates for the military families through the various military programs. Working with those members and families who have served this country has been extremely rewarding and is truly an honor. My territory is extensive, and you will always be deal directly with me. In the one day I had to view homes, Judy scheduled 14 home showings. When I did find the house I would eventually purchase, Judy helped find both a lender and an insurance company that met my unique needs. Judy was friendly, understanding, and patient as we moved through the purchase process. She made the transaction as smooth as possible and I would highly recommend her to family & friends.

When we did find the house we ultimately put under contract, she did all the due diligence necessary to make sure it was the right house for me while still making sure we didn't lose it. She answered all of my questions, was always available - like seriously she's always working - and made the whole process (which could be really stressful) very painless. I would recommend Judy to anyone who's looking for a house. You could not possibly go wrong with having her as your real estate agent. She's the best. The absolute top-notch, best broker there is. I wish I could say more good things about her because she deserves it.
