She was so thoughtful with her insight and so positive and uplifting while i kept getting knocked down in this crazy seller's market. Her attention to detail in terms of the purchase agreement and the terms of the offer helped us make an offer that the seller couldn't refuse. Judy was also incredibly quick, not only with responses to correspondence, but also with the speed i wanted to move while househunting. With Judy, it took me a total of 41 days to find/offer/buy/close on a house, and this is unheard of in my workplace, and i work for a mortgage company. Everyone i spoke to beforehand told me to be careful and not to get overwhelmed with the homebuying process but Judy truly relieved so much stress and just made this entire ordeal a walk in the park.
