Buyer reviewWe purchased a home from Germany in a area of the USA that we had never been before. As you can imagine we were very nervous about the situation and finding the right Realtor was key. We found Julia Rajnus through the USAA Homebuyers Program and from the start we knew that she was going to make our transition as smooth as possible. Just to mention a few reasons why we felt this way, right from the start she gave us a feel for the local community, she took our "wish list" and found a house with a perfect match in the right community. Every single email or phone call was answered quickly and with professionalism. And because we were in Germany through most of the process it was even more difficult but Julia made everything work smoothly. Buyer reviewWe looked at homes with 3 other brokers before finding Julia. With the others we felt that because the $ amount that we wanted to look at for a home was low initially the first person was not interested in our business if she was not making tons of money. The next 2, we just didn't click with their personality. When we looked with Julia we were very pleased. We felt she was on our side, she made every effort to explain things to us.
