She always provides her professional opinion, but allows you to participate and drive the transaction to the level you are willing and comfortable. Julie is not overly "sales-y," her genuine and authentic nature puts you at ease that she she has your familial and financial best interests in mind every step of the way. She takes the time necessary to explain the granular details and educate you on the things you need to know when buying/selling a home. Julie employs a great team around her to help support her in administering the details of the transaction and keeps you involved where and when necessary to make strategic decisions early and often in the real estate process. Julie is honestly a part of the family by the end of the transaction! We couldn't imagine going with another agent for our real estate decisions!
