We were building a new home in the North Austin area and being from out of state, we were not able to fly down for negotiations prior to signing the sales contract. Julie represented us and negotiated the best price she could get out of the builders, which was a price we were happy with. The build was also a long process (10 months from contract signing to build completion) and we were only around for the last 5 months, but prior to that Julie always kept us in the loop and followed up with the sales representative as needed. She is also very well connected in the area, she got us in touch with a fantastic designer who helped us make design decisions and contractors. We would definitely recommend Julie as a realtor and would use her in the future.
