We had gone through Julie Robb for the purchase of our last house and we were extremely impressed and extremely satisfied with her serving as our realtor. This time around, it was no question who we wanted to reach to to be our realtor to sell our old house and buy our new house. The purchase of our new house had a number of unique challenges because of the chaotic house market at the time, the sellers realtor, Covid, etc. Julie did an astounding job adjusting and navigating all these extra challenges for us. Julie handled the negotiations, exchange of contracts & closing, and handling of deposit money/escrow exceptionally well. Julie is exemplary in All of these categories.
