Julie is phenomenal! She was gerat when we were buying our own house 6 years ago, so when it came time for us to sell my parents' house, there was no question in our minds that she was who we would trust again. Best decision we could have made! Julie has exactly the right knowledge, expertise, and instincts. She knew what was necessary for us to do, and what wasn't. Julie Lurie Warren was my guide from the very thought I had about selling my house all the way to the closing table. She knew what I needed to get done and she knew the market. Julie took every precaution necessary to protect my family and those looking at my house from Covid. That really stood out to me as it was a scary time to let strangers in your house. Within 48 hours we had 5 offers all over asking. Julie reviewed every offer and explained to us what made a good offer and that we understood everything so that we could make the best decision on which offer to take. Julie talked us through all the inspections and knew exactly what needed to be done. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I really couldn't recommend a more knowledgeable patient realtor. If you want your house sold use Julie!
