It was a pleasure working with Julie Lurie Warren. From the start she understood how unsure I was about putting my house up for sale, I had been in the house for 28 years! She was extremely patient, accessible, and understanding as I flip-flopped on whether to sell and then helped me to figure out where I would purchase my next home. Once the decision was made, Julie guided me as to what improvements I should consider making to my existing home and the correct sales point. With her help, my home sold in just over a week! Julie was also amazing when it came to finding my "new" home, one that would fit my budget and be a good match with my lifestyle. I'm truly excited to close and move in the next couple of weeks.
