Seller reviewWhen selling our house, Julie was the only realtor for us! She was very patient, understanding and communicated with us continuously. We had very difficult buyers for this property however Julie was able to work with their realtor to make sure that this sale came off as smoothly as possible. She is so knowledgeable about selling, the finances involved, and local resources and was able to guide us through the process without a lot of issues. I would highly recommend Julie.

Seller reviewThere is so much to say really. I have enjoyed worked with Julie in a school setting for years, Her expertise in this transaction was wonderful. Selling your mom's home of 43 years was emotional as well but Julie walked with us in every step, She was extremely wise and the offers occured quickly which meant less time to stress. She, I guess, for her it was a "first" kind of deal but for us it was a job extremely well done. From the first day I showed the house to her to the day of closing was memorable experience. Julie even made my mother a part of the closing by a visit to her /AssistedLiving with flowers. This was Julie! She thanked us but she was the gift.
