Buyer reviewWorking with Julie was the best decision we could have made. Not only was she available by phone, email and in person to view homes and answer all of our questions, but she also was there throughout every single step of the home buying process. She worked with us based on our availability and even met with us on weekends. Julie is not only knowledgeable about the home buying process, but also understands exactly what to look for inside the actual home. She was extemely helpful during the home inspection, and during the negotiations after the home inspection was completed. I can't say enough about our positive experience while working with Julie. She was always professional and respected our time, thoughts, and need for additional explanations. As first time home buyers we truly required a realtor who would go above and beyond and explain each and every step of the process. Julie continued to be patient when explaining things to us, clear when communicating, and understanding of all of our concerns throughout the entire Home buying experience.

Julie was very helpful with color schemes and the punch list when prepping for sale. Happy to have her insight as to what was needed to move the sale along.

Seller reviewI couldn't say enough great things about Julie. I was residing in NJ secondary to illness during most of the transactions. Julie.coordinated estimates and repairs when I could not be there. She made sure that all repairs were done and complete so as to facilitate the final sale. She even personally paid one bill for me and I reimbursed her. I could not be there to sign final documents so with my consent she signed all final sales documents.
