Buyer reviewI had some interaction with a previous sales agent from Century 21 but wasn't impressed with the way I was treated. However, Julie Winn showed me a home and I loved the way she treated me with kindness and respect. She treated me just as if I were buying a million dollar home and not a 125,000 home. She's the best! I would recommend Julie to anyone because she cares about her clients and listens to their needs. Great job Julie Winn!!!

Seller reviewWe chose Julie because after seeing her at a few of her open houses we decided that we really liked her style. She was exactly what we were looking for. Someone who would work hard for us but not push us into something we did not want. Someone who be honest with us and be educational for us in the process. We felt she hit all of those marks. Julie Winn made the selling and buying process great for us. Every little snag we encountered she was right there to fix it. She was always available to bounce questions off of. Everytime we asked for a referral she provided the right one. From financing, to inspectors. She always steered us to people she knew we would work well with. I would highly recommend Julie Winn to anyone looking to buy or sell in the East Idaho area.
