Jun was a very good agent he was on top of everything in a very timely manner and very informal on any questions or concerns I had at any time no matter the hour he was able to get me to view houses the next day even with the COVID protocols and on a moment's notice he was always friendly and seemed to be happy to see us I appreciate that and he genuinely was helping us find a house to grow our family in not a commission check so I'll be referring him to all my friends and co-workers or anyone else looking to purchase a home for that matter he is an excellent agent and I'm happy he was working with us!!!! Jun was on top of everything for me I was getting worried at one point due to our closing date being moved back and was thinking something was wrong but he reassured me and contacted the right people to get things figured out and moving on track he was always there for us at any point or time I could call or text him and he would respond instantly he was alway good with the docusign stuff and got it to us in a very fast manner to keep things moving at a really fast pace Jun made me feel good about any and all decisions I made without any influence at all I appreciate it him and all he did for my family and I. Always professional and friendly he knew the locations of the properties we looked at and always had a copy of the listing for me to have and look over he was good at handling questions I had at any point and would alway get me an answer quickly there wasn't one thing asked of him that he couldn't do or get the answer for me he was really easy to talk to and get along with I looked forward to house showings with him

Jun had called me prior to our meeting and told me he'd taken a look at the property and saw the weeds growing in front. He recommended a landscaper to me to trim back the overgrowth. In following his advise I'm sure a warning citation from the city was avoided. He kept tabs on the property at all times. He remained constantly loyal and steadfast in his representation of me, throughout the process keeping me advised through e-mails and telephone calls. He overcame numerous hurdles in order to make this sale happen. He always projected such a positive outlook even in the midst of mild "chaos." I was able to put my trust in his professional approach to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and associates.

It was time to sell my home. Surrendering my keys to this space I've lived and loved and worked so hard for wasn't going to be easy. Thankfully, I have an Agent/Broker I trust as a thorough professional whom stays on top of each task or issue. All my questions were answered and he listened to my input while keeping me informed every step of the way. By the time we closed escrow I was happy for the Buyer and ready to move on with my life.
