Justin has a very nice honest and welcoming personality. Hes very punctual. I was always about 10 minutes early to appointments but he still always beat me to the destination. The top priority seemed to be reducing stress on me. I'm very grateful for that. Hes very thorough and encourages questions. Overall a great resource for a clueless 1st time home buyer like myself.

I would recommend Justin Norwood to anyone. I feel very lucky that I was able to work with him. This was my first home buying process, and he made it easy and helped make sure I understood everything along the way. When I was ready to make an offer on the home I wanted, we couldn't go over the contract in person due to Covid-19, so he sat on the phone with me and went over every single page of the contract to make sure I understood every aspect before I signed anything. He was especially helpful during all of the Covid-19 changes and confusion. It was a very stressful time for me, not working because of Covid-19, trying to buy my first home, on top of being pregnant with my first child. Justin made everything clear, easy and as quick as possible. He was always accessible by phone, text or email whenever I needed him no matter how big or small the issue or question was. I really appreciated how he would check in with me to make sure I didn't have any questions along the way. He went to all the inspections and meetings with me just to make sure everything went well, even if he wasn't needed there. Justin is wonderful at his job, and I will recommend him to friends and family and hopefully get to work with him in the future.

I can't think of any task that Justin didn't complete in an excellent, timely, knowledgeable manner!
