I have lived in Tampa Bay since 1999. I immediately fell in love with the weather, the people, the landscape and the Florida lifestyle. I am an avid scuba diver. Seller reviewFrom day one after signing the listing agreement, Kalani Hayman was always just a text away. Kalani spent 100% effort on the staging of our home and her attention to detail for the listing and photographs for the MLS were superb. Her commitment to the listing of our home and working around our work schedules for open houses really made the sale of our home stress free. Is that a category beyond Excellent? Superb Outstanding, Excellent doesn't even describe the service Kalani provided. She went over and beyond, with prompt responses to all questions and very knowledgeable of the process. Kalani ROCKS! Kalani makes a promise and delivers. For me, I felt like I was Kalani's only client based on the time she spent on staging, marketing, open houses, phone calls and numerous texts. Her job did not stop once house was under contract, she continued to assist with inspections, repairs, and recommendations through the day of closing.
