Kandice was it!! She responded quickly to our questions and submitted multiple offers for us. She treated us as if we were buying a million dollar home all while closing on a 72k property. We literally had other realtors not even give us the time of day in this price range. We will use her for every purchase moving forward. Very valuable to know her!
