Seller reviewKandice did a wonderful job with the sale of our rental property. As we were about to list the property, there was a leak that caused damage to the home. Kandice had various recommendations for HVAC, flooring, plumbing, and sheetrock repair. This was especially helpful since we are out of state. She was great during the negotiation between us and the buyer. She double checked the contract before she sent it to us. She was very communicative during the entire process.
