I began my career in Real Estate in 2002. My first year in Real Estate I was awarded the #3 Listing Agent for the Texas/New Mexico Region. In 2003 I was "Rookie of the Year" and Top Producer 2004, 2006, 2010, 2012, 2015, 2016, 2017. 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. I received the Ellis/Hill Association of REALTORS 2013 Chairman's Award. I have earned the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) designation. I believe in getting involved in the community and serving the residents of Ellis County. I have served on the Ellis/Hill Association of REALTORS since 2005 serving as Director, Secretary, President Elect, and President. I have been a member of the Ennis Chamber of Commerce since 2002 and I have served on the Board of Directors 2008-2010, 2012-2015, and 2017-2020. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for ACROSS (A Christian Response of Shelter and Service). I have also served on the Greater Ennis United Way Board of Directors, The Ennis Retail Task Force Committee, and The Ennis Residential Task Force Committee. She informed me throughly about the process, and always kept what my wants and needs were when purchasing a home for my family. She always accomadated my work schedule on weekends to view homes, etc. I thouroughly enjoyed having Karen as our agent. She worked so hard for my family to help us find our first home. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying a home.

Karen was very informative and literally guided us every step of the way. A few of our favorite things about her were how responsive she was no matter the day or time and for how she never made us feel embarrassed for some of the silly questions we would ask. My husband's and my work schedule was not ideal with some of our deadlines, but Karen offered all the help she could in order to make things work out for us, which they did! She truly was fantastic and such a pleasure to work with! We would use her over and over again, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!
