I spoke with two agents prior to speaking with Mrs Bunker. They each showed me comps, and suggested I should list the house for $15 to $18 thousand below what Mrs Bunker was able to sale my house. Mrs Bunker told me that their suggested listing prices were lower then the comps justified. This information along with the Mrs Bunker's professionalism and knowledge of realestate are why I decided to allow her to list my house. Throughout the process of the sale Mrs Bunker kept me very well informed, and within a week and a half, or so, of listing my house there was an offer made that we accepted. I greatly appreciate Mrs Bunker's knowledge and professionalism, and I will surly recommend her to my family and friends.
