We never felt rushed, she was able to answer technical and renovation questions I had and her instincts were spot-on during with the negotiations. She made a difficult, quick move much easier that we'd expected it would be.

She did not judge us or our ability to purchase a home based on our casual appearance. She talked to us and when she felt we didn't understand something but she would ask before assuming we did not understand. I felt that she was looking out for our best interests and not tying to sell us a home as quickly as possible to close the deal. I came to enjoy her insights and perspective on the homes we looked at. I do not routinely care for realtors and consider them in the same category as used car salesmen based on previous experiences, however I came to trust her sincerity and new that she was working for us. I feel comfortable recommending her to friends and colleagues and have given her number to a few people already.
