Seller reviewKaren has insight into needs, and immediately sees when things are going in a wrong direction. I would say that a part of her job is to educate her clients helping them to understand the whole sales picture. Sometimes, we don't understand what has to happen to enable us to reach our goal. Karen has this ability for both sales and purchasing. I have lived in this house for 55 years. I virtually knew nothing of what it would take to sell our place. Karen even had to encourage me on. It was time for us to downsize, but I was, at one point, reconsidering as to whether to continue or not. Looking back, I can see why she said some of the things she said, and they now make sense. There were times that those involved were not living up to what they were supposed to do, and Karen also has the ability to move them into action. This is very important too. Karen is real, and when you speak, you sense she feels what you are dealing with. Now that this process is done, I look back on it as a good experience that Karen went through with us.

Karen truly went above and beyond our expectations when we felt like our whole dream was falling apart. The staff at century 21 were all very welcoming and friendly with my entire family.
