Having settled into the Driftless area for over 28 years, I have come to realize that real estate is my passion in life. The feeling of accomplishment when helping someone find the perfect home is one of the many reasons I got into the real estate business. Being able to meet new people and help get you through the home buying/selling process is what keeps me truckin'! Communication is key and provided every step of the way. She was able to offer expert advice regarding upgrades or maintenance work a house might need as well as being able to provide rough estimates of those costs. She seemed keenly aware of my financial limitations as I expressed them, which was very helpful for me as a first time buyer. Her expertise in the entire process, the local market, and in me as a client, were critical for keeping a difficult, first time process, doable. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and feel that Karen was critical in securing my new home. I would highly recommend her and Century 21.
