Karen was both patient and understanding with me as well as professional with a somewhat difficult buyer. She even took down curtains in my house that I forgot to pack and brought them to me! Karen demonstrated strong knowledge of my market area and was on target with her recommended price point to list my home. It probably would have sold sooner had I taken her advice in the very begging. :)
