Seller reviewKaren Kidd handled this transaction with the utmost professionalism. She was respectful of both parties since the tenant actually purchased the house. Her knowledge of the surrounding area was important in establishing the selling price. Karen's input as to what improvements would support the selling price was very important. She walked thru the house with the inspector and was able to answer any pertinent questions. I would highly recommend Karen Kidd and intend on using her services in the future.

I think one of the things I like best about Ms. Kidd is that she listened to me and made suggestions and led me through the process with top notch professionalism while going above and beyond what I expected. She kept me informed of the status of the sale at various times and calmed some of the fears I was having. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen Kidd and Judge Fite Company to anyone and I am very careful in giving recommendations! No worries with Karen! We had a contract in just a couple of days, so some of the advertising was not needed.The pictures taken of my house were amazing. A person from Austin saw the pictures and called the person who eventually bought it. The pictures spoke more than a thousand words. The group effort between the agent and the photographer is what I think sold my house so quickly. Overall, this experience couldn't have been smoother or better. Thanks Karen Kidd!
