She does not have a magic wand and can't magically make your ranch into a colonial (beware of those who say they can!) - but she can tell you how best to position yourself to get from where you are to where you want to be. The house we just sold was way outside of Karen's regular location and we tried to sell the house with two other agents before successfully begging Karen to help us. Her advice has been utterly priceless to us and without her, our property would have more than likely sat on the market and fallen into foreclosure. A truly talented agent who will become a great friend and valuable resource for years after your buying/selling process closes.
