She brought to the table her extensive experience with realty as well as knowledge of the buyer base from her working and living in the area for quite some time. She was sensitive to the fact that this process was taking place during a pandemic. She was always available to answer questions and explained each step of the process as we went along. Karen also brought something to the transaction that you won't always see with other agents - she genuinely cared about us, her clients, and worked hard to make this as smooth a transaction as possible with maximum realized benefit.
