She balances professionalism, good attention to detail, good common sense, and a warm personal approach. This time with Karen, we were sellers, and I really appreciated her strategy to sell our house even though I was initially skeptical. But she knows the market and her business. She was always willing to meet with us to look at different properties, even with us giving her very short notice on some occasions. The knowledge she has for the whole home buying process, including pointing out things for us to keep an eye out for when looking at properties and the ability to answer questions we may have had thought of along the way was outstanding. It just shows that she truly cares about her clients and their future at that property, not just making a sale. To put it simply, Karen Roadarmel was truly amazing! My wife and I are so grateful for everything she has done for us. We highly recommend Karen to anyone else who may be looking for a realtor to find their first or next home!
