The photographer Karen arranged to take pictures of my home did an outstanding job. Karen was always available, pro-active in her planning for the sale of my home, consistently provided follow up information from other agents who viewed my home, and offered valuable input throughout the process. Once sold, Karen was again extremely pro-active and effective in moving along the required paperwork in a timely manner from out of state buyers with an agent who was difficult to pin down.. My instincts were right in selecting Karen Savona who proved herself to be personable, experienced, and professional in all aspects of assisting me in the presentation and sale of my home. I had tried two other agents/realtors in the previous two years and it was Karen and Century 21 that helped me achieve my intended goal.

Karen was a terrific agent and helped me tremendously. I don't think she could have done a better job. There were many issues that arose with the seller and she handled them beautifully and helped get me the best deal possible.

This is the second house Karen has helped me with. The first house she sold for me and the most recent house I purchased. She has been amazing to work with. The sale of our home that had 2 complicated contingencies below us and the purchase of our new home where we ended up in a bidding war was nothing short of an emotional rollercoaster and during this process Karen was far more than our real estate agent. She wore many hats and had Karen not been the type of agent capable of wearing many hats I'm confidant that we would still be waiting for the sale of our house to close, we would have certainly lost our purchase and we would be looking for another home to purchase.
