This was our first time buying a property or home through a realtor.My family and I were very happy with the way things went so smooth. Karen was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. We were very novice about the way things are handled through a realtor. We made lots of calls about a lot of different things and Karen always returned our calls if there was no answer. Karen Stone did an exceptional job in assisting me with selling my home in Pikeville, KY. The home was in disrepair, and I now reside out of state. She was able to get the house on the market for a fair price, get all paperwork to me online, and communicated with me through every step. I would recommend her to any friends and family in the area. She was patient, open to talking and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process.

Karen went out of the way to help with every aspect she could and made owning our dream home a real possibility and then made it happen. Never got tired of our constant texts and questions haha.
