She found the home before it was on the market, stayed in touch with the sellers estate while they were considering working with a family friend, and helped us all come together which was ultimately the best situation for everyone. Then she recommended contractors, monitored the progress of the home, kept us updated with the market, and the Game Winner,…. recommended an amazing Staging Team and they made this property a Home. Kari was truly great to work with and earned every penny of the real estate marketing agreement. We even gave her a bonus because the percentages on the agent contracts really aren't enough for all the time, energy, and effort she put into this whole deal the entire time. Kari Rooney earned our trust, we love her, and she's highly recommended for any buyer, seller, investor, and any real estate situation.

From day one she was very tentative of which areas we wanted to be in, our style of house that we liked and was very attentive to items in a house that would make or break a deal for us. She always had time for us even when we called last minute and if she wasn't available she made sure someone was.
