Coming from Pennsylvania I would consider Karin our first new friend in Myrtle Beach. I always felt I could be myself with her and that she was herself around us. I would recommend her to a friend or family member or anyone that asked me about a realtor. Reached out to us about any help we might need in the future with the house we just bought. It meant a lot to know that we had established a relationship and that this wasn't just a transaction. No pressure just support, what a pleasure!
