I started looking at homes with Karina and in the midst of it I had a family emergency causing me to wait over a year to began looking at homes again. Karina was very patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and determined to help me find a home. Not just any home, but a safe neighborhood as well for myself and my dog. I was referred to her by family and so grateful for her patience with me as I know I probably bugged her dearly with my anxiety throughout this process. She is very easy to get in contact with and helped me every step of the way in purchasing my first home! So glad I got to work with Karina !!

Karina Chavez has sold two properties for us now, and the process for both sales went smoothly and we are very grateful and thankful for her hard work.
