Karla was and is the most professional broker I have dealt with, ever. I have practiced law for 50 years and lived in Sun Valley Idaho most of that time; I dealt with top brokers throughout the Nation; high end properties. She was equal to any and all of them. Most important to me was being able to rely on her judgment about the right price and finding a buyer that I wanted. This is a unique small ranch in southern Idaho with extensive and expensive landscaping and habitat for wild animals. I insisted that the buyer be someone who would take care of it and keep it for generations to come ; it is that special. In other words; I could and did reject offers from other brokers and buyers; even for much more money. I needed a sophisticated broker that truly understood the heirloom value of this land , known as Habitat Lodge. She did it perfectly; could sell in any market and can deal with high end clients; she found the perfect buyers.
