We selected Karla Steinfeldt for a number of reasons... *Karla's comps were more applicable to our property vs the 3 other realtors we brought in. *Karla took adequate time to thoroughly explain the selling process to us. *Karla was open to our opinions - she came in open minded and "heard" what we were saying. Other realtors came in with preconceived ideas of home value etc. As a result we were able to get a much higher value for our house... *Century 21 offered a larger, more nationally based network. We felt this was important for adequate marketing of our property. *Karla has an honesty & sincerity in her approach which strongly appealed to us. Simply a good person!
