Seller reviewKarol Scrimager was fantastic from beginning to the end as we parted we our much loved home. Karol could always be reached by phone or text. The process of selling our home was not only painless, it was actually enjoyable having such a caring knowledgabe realtor handling everything! It took 2 months from listing to our closing. Anything that we did not understand, Karol explained to us patiently. i cannot reccommend Karol Scrimager and the Century 21 team enough. We have used realtors in the past and also sold a home by owner after a long stressful time. having Karol as our realtor was a game changer for us.i found I was not stressed out as Karol handled everything so expertly and in a very timely manner. Karol also made us feel like we were her only clients but I know she had multiple listings that she was handling.thank you Karol for making our huge life change so simple for us! very professional Excellent Realtor

Buyer reviewI have been through 5 realtors and Karol is by far the best! She was always available for showings and worked well with our schedule. When we finally put an offer on a house Karol was very informative and communitive to all parties involved. She explained step by step what the next processes were and even helped us with finding professionals to give us quotes on some items on our inspection report. She was very knowledgeable when it came down to the laws of the home buying business in Illinois. Unfortunately I chose a sketchy loan company who did not communicate well and did not inform me of certain important documents, along with trying to pull the wool over my eyes on certain issues, but Karol was very skilled at recognizing the dereliction and unprofessionalism of this loan company and made the home buying process so much easier and stress free for me. I feel like Karol went above and beyond and I am so glad she was our realtor!
