Karolyn Harrison is eager to sell the listing. Communicates well with all. I felt very confident she would sell my property. I was wowed that with her negotiations, I was able to sell at the price listed. I believe she was of help with the buyers as they needed to structure a construction loan also. Karolyn is professional and very confident and can get the job done. She keeps you informed and you'd think you were her only listing although I knew better. I like seeing listings on Social Media almost makes me want to look for the next buy. Who knows?

I was very fortunate to walk into Century 21 and meet Karolyn Harrison. From day one she went above and beyond to always be available when I was in town and wanted to view properties. She set up appointments promptly and we were able to move quickly from one area to another. Before I found my property I recommended her to my daughter and Karolyn helped her in the purchase of her home in Willis. Since I closed on my property from out of state Karolyn attended inspections on my behalf and really walked me through the whole process long distance. Karolyn was from day one friendly and patient. She was always available and responded to my communications immediately. I could not have been happier with her performance!
