My initial contact with Kassidy was a listing in another location. I called late in the game and there was a contract pending. She didn't let that deter me from our discussion and spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me. After that she said she would follow up with some helpful search tools she provided. That follow up was the next day. Subsequently I kept active with our search and got notice of a potential home coming on the market.
