Seller reviewKate Brasco was positive and up beat and looked at all the potential in the house to be sold. The house was our parents so things were dated. She made recommendations on what we should do to get the house ready for sale at a minimum cost. Since we were out of state, Kate was very helpful with all the logistic to get the house ready for sale (ie new sceptic, house cleaners etc). Kate new exactly what we needed to do to get the maximum price. We had an open house on 10/19,10/20 an offer was accepted on 10/21 for more then the asking price!
