My sale was VERY strange due to a paperwork snafu with the deed at the time of my mother's passing. Katelyne called in the legal cavalry to help sort out the deed issue with Montgomery County (notoriously horrible to deal with) and managed to get the buyers to hang on and get to the table. There were so many pitfalls with the sale of my house due to unforeseen circumstances. The home was an unfinished remodel bequest from my late mother. I put a huge investment in capitol and sweat into that house and she was sensitive to my needs in that respect. I wish Katelyne's Real Estate license was good in the places I am seeking to move so I could use her to buy my next house!
