Seller reviewKatherine was a lot of fun to work with. We had some laughs and she was always upbeat. A natural love of her job I think. Katherine pointed out some visual things I needed to do that were things that I didn't notice that would have delayed selling. Example: a small hole in the vinyl siding where some wires had previously been attached high off the ground. There were other things too that a person looks at every day but probably does not notice. Katherine has the eye of a professional for spotting things that are important for selling and inspections. I got reports by text message each time the house was shown, by whom it was being shown, and comments from the viewing, I learned a lot from the experience because Katherine is knowledgeable about what she does and able to communicate well.
