Kathi was my first and only choice given her knowledge of MLV. She genuinely guided me through the process of selling my condo and sincerely cared about me . She was always available to answer questions and checked in with near the settlement day. She went above and beyond to help me prepare for the sale by helping me with installing the fire extinguisher and smoke alarms. Lastly I was not available to meet with the fire inspector and she offered to meet him that morning. I had an awesome experience working with Kathi and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
