Because our first choice was Richmond county, we wanted a broker who not only knew the area but was also experienced in existing homes sales. Second on our list was someone who understood we would not be buying immediately. Our home search took a little over a year and Kathleen Brown was the same patient, knowledgeable and helpful professional from the first day through the last. I am a broker in another state and so my expectations were high. I had a long list of things I wanted in both my new home and my realtor/broker.
