Buyer reviewKathy was in tuned to what I was looking for. She sent me postings right after speaking with her. She had appointments set up to look at houses the following day. Kathy is very knowledgeably and easy to work with. There are things Kathy saw (good and bad) that I would have never noticed. It was very comforting to know she was never going to show me a house out of my price range or location. She stuck to exactly what I was looking for. I hope to never have to house hunt again but if I do it will definitely be with Kathy.
