I was living in Colorado and Kathy allowed me to facetime all of the houses I saw. Kathy worked on a total of 3 offers for me and also found the perfect broker in Colorado after I failed to sell on my own. During this time, Kathy was very responsive with all my questions and took care of finding my mortgage broker, inspectors, etc. We also had a 2 hour time difference and Kathy accommodated my text and email communications 7 days a week/12 hour days. I was working on paperwork for my sale in Colorado and New Jersey at the same time. Kathy was on top of all of the due dates for me with reminders. I'm not sure how I would have done this with Kathy! Kathy was very positive when my first 2 offers fell through. She would say the next one will be even better! Kathy was right! I am very happy with my house, the location, EVERYTHING!

Kathy Landwehr sold me the condo and was so personable and knowledgeable that I would not consider anyone other than her when I was ready to sell. Kathy priced the condo just right, we got over asking price. She really knows her market. Kathy was on the top of her game with the sale of this home. She kept me up to date on all that was going on at all times. I would recommend Kathy to anyone buying or selling.

Kathy was fantastic! Selling a home from out of state should be stressful, but it was the exact opposite with Kathy guiding us! Listing was easy and we were so grateful that Kathy had our back during negotiations too! We loved the app notifications for showings as well. Trust me, you need Kathy on your side!
