Seller reviewI had considered going FSBO on my property, but decided I didn't have the energy or resources to handle the sale. Thank goodness I didn't! Kathy had sold me the property initially and her knowledge of the property and the area were critical. She had a property estimate and a marketing plan prepared at our first meeting. Before I got the tenants moved out she had a a list of repairs and other items that would enhance the s ale ready and she jumped right in . She coordinated the contractors and literally took care of everything. She never got flustered and was fun to work with. I can't imagine a better outcome! It sold as soon as the painters and cleaners were finished. I couldn't be more satisfied and happy! She kept me informed on all aspects of the progress. It couldn't have gone smoother.
