Buyer reviewKathryn was refer to me by a realtor friend of mine in Hawaii that I have worked with and trust. Because of the time difference between TN and HI, I thought finding a home was going to be a difficult process but Kathryn is very prompt about making contact, returning phone calls, and is results-oriented. When I got to TN, she picked me up at the airport and we looked at 9 houses the very first day I arrived as planned. She's has been vital to me acclimating to the local area and has become a trusted realtor and friend. Eventually, I found "the one" and like she said, I knew it right when I walked in. My dogs and I love our new home (with a fenced in backyard). I would most definitely recommend Kathryn to my friends and family.

She is very flexible with her schedule to accommodate us and always provides feedback on the homes based on her knowledge of the area. We've worked with several of the "top rated" agents in the area and can say, without a doubt, that Kathryn is the best. She is sharp and funny, and our afternoons house hunting are always enjoyable. She really takes ownership of the closing process and has good recommendations about what is an appropriate offer. Seller reviewKathryn Wilder had a challenge from the first day. The property was part of an estate and she had to coordinate with six different individual sellers. She was extremely patient and professional through out the whole transaction. Kathryn marketed the property without us having to ask her about open houses, newspaper listing etc. She was always one step ahead of us in her approach. Kathryn was always prompt in staying in touch with us to update progress, showings and feedback. She always responded quickly to text, emails or phone calls day or night , weekday or weekend! I would not hesitate to use Kathryn Wilder again or recommend her to a friend!
