Not only is she a great realtor but she is a great human being and friend!!! Couldn't recommend her enough. I'd recommend Kathy to anyone looking, she was straight to the point no nonsense but also understanding and compassionate. I appreciate her honesty when looking at homes, she has a keen eye and would point out certain factors instead of sugar coating something just to get a sale. Anytime we had issues when selling she'd find a resolution and explain in an understanding way of why things were happening.
